Jennifer thank you so much. This is something people ignore so much. From early age it must be habitual. No to inorganic food. No to processed food. Fruits and vegetables are best for health. Eat organic food. That's the best.

You have incredible Knowledge. I appreciate your efforts. You are correct about exercise. Doing exercise early in the morning will keep you fit. It will make you active the whole day. On the other hand, smoking is dangerous for your health. It can cause heart diseases like it can block your arteries.
