Advise needed towards FET
Hi everyone! Please, I need some advice.
I have already started my regime of pentoxifylline, viagra and oestrogen tabs, and also oestrogen patches.
All these are to build up my uterine lining to the needed size. Hope these medicines will do their work!
In addition to all these numerous medicines, there are also L-arginine, Vitamin E, Folic Acid in my everyday list.
Who knows whether it is enough?? Maybe someone knows more.
I am really nervous whether this treatment will help in my case. I worry a lot because last time it didn’t help.
And I was even recommended to think about surrogacy.
What do you think about it? Please share your experience if you had such. Thanks a lot!

I’ve never been in the same situation, but I had acupuncture during the preparation to my transfer. I was ready to try everything that can probably help. Sorry for not relevant information, but I thought that I need to write it down.

My lining was too thin - 4mm. That's why my transfer was also cancelled in March. Now I am taking Oestrogen tablets, plus I drink Pomegranate juice. I have read that it boosts blood flow to the uterus. I downloaded Pocket Yoga app for doing it at home and have also started walking at morning. My next scan is planned for Thursday. It's really interesting to see the changes in the thickness of my uterine wall. I wish you good luck x

It was a great pleasure to have a response from you. My scan is on Tuesday . I heard that castor oil helps to increase blood flow. do you have any experience regarding this?GaryNormadavis wrote: ↑Mon Apr 27, 2020 4:18 pmMy lining was too thin - 4mm. Usually my clinic prescribes me asprin to improve blood flow too. You can also ask about pentoxifylline.
My lining wasn't good too. Go for a walk in order to increase blood flow and try ferility yoga pose,
putting your legs up against the wall, I'll attach the link below. http://yogagoddess.ca/fertility-yo...
Also, try drinking pomegranate juice and beetroot juice, it may help. Best of luck!
If this cycle doesn't work, think about a hysterocopy to check for uterine problems

Thanks Romedigo for your response and the link you sent me. I do walk but I haven't tried yoga. I drink Dutch pomegranate juice as the first thing in morning and as the last in the night. I don't like beet frost, but I have to bring myself to thatRomedigo wrote: ↑Mon Apr 27, 2020 4:32 pmUsually my clinic prescribes me asprin to improve blood flow too. Hello
I’m very sorry about that… I have a thin lining and I am also nervous a lot because of the upcoming FETs. Btw in the past, my clinic also used viagra and blood thinners, such as clexane and aspirin. They even use Neopogen uterine wash if it is needed. Maybe your clinic uses it too? I’ve never tried it, that’s why I can’t actually give any advice. I hope that you will deal with that.
