Hi there hon. Good to have you here dear. You should be calm dear . Stay positive no matter what. Don't think that this is impossible. You can get a child after all. Many PCOS patients have now recovered and have babies. Don't lose hope Good luck with everything.

Just relax. PCOS is curable. It's not that bad as it's sounds. Probably takes a bit longer. Try to exercises daily. Don't put on too much weight. Also take prenatal medicines. That's vital. Go away from gluten free diet. Things will define try change for good. You will see yourself.
