You areally right. I agree. But few more things can be added. Like I used to drink warm water and little honey . Squeeze lemon in it. Drink daily every mining. After 15 days huge difference.

Well, soft drinks are just amazing. I can't live without drinking a glass once in a week. I think this much is all right. Well yeah, walking is truly very helpful. It helps us in burning calories. Nothing is better than walking guys. By the way, how are you all? Hopefully good.

Spot on! Annie. I guess you are right. My sister also made these her routine when her wedding was near and lost a lot of weight. She lost a good weight indeed.
