A hope.

Hello lovely ladies. Hope you all are gone. I want to share the story of one of my friends. She is doing dieting since the start of 2018. She has lost her 11kg weight until now. I want to share her strategies.
1. Walk as much as you can.
2.stop eating fatty and huge fiber duet
3. Don't drink soft drinks.
4. Avoid over eating.
5. Reduce caloric intake.

Hi. Hope you are well. I agree with all the strategies that you've mentioned. I think resorting to all of them can lead to a fast and steady weight loss. Most of us have trouble refraining from soft drinks or junk food etc. I think it is essential to avoid them completely to successfully lose weight. Thanks for sharing this with us!

These are some general tips. Of-course everyone should follow this. It will keep you in shape. Don't loose yourself. No matter how old you get, there should always be some time for your body. A fit person is a healthy person. A bulging stomach is not the most ideal case.
