How are you family? My sister in law to loose weight started walking. Then she started yoga. It was such an amazing change in her. I think to start it too. I would advice all those who want to loose weight to take help. It will be of a great help!

Hey there. Here are some things which really helped me. Balsamic vinegar (it adds a pop of low-cal flavor to veggies and salads), in-shell nuts (their protein and fiber keep you satiated), and fat-free plain yogurt (a creamy, comforting source of protein). Take care. Bless you.

Hoping that your sister in law is on good shape. What about you? Are you trying as hard as her? For loosing weight, few more things one should remember. Lake eating healthy. Small portion are best. Eat less. Take more vegetables. It will give you a fresher and healthy weight.
