That's not good dear. You have to lose your weight. Please try focusing on your diet. Visit a dietacian . It's important. Also exercise. Don't ignore this dear. It can become worse. Just try to start your daily work out.

Walking will help. Definitely. My mom had this leg pain. It was severe. She took many medicine. Nothing helped. The one fixtures suggested to walk daily fir five minutes. Each week increase more time to it. In a month she was half better . Then after few weeks she was off the medicine. So give it a try.

Hi. How are you? This is really sad. What about losing it through a well balanced diet? Take green tea. Add lemon or honey in water. Avoid junk food. Eat non starchy vegetables. It will help a lot. Keep us updated.
