Oh yes, the same case is mine. I also love cakes and sweets. But fortunately, I am not overweight. I know that It is so hard to lose it when you keep on having cakes. Well, all is in your hands. You should not eat too much. Otherwise, it will be difficult for you to control your weight. So, control it at the initial stage.

Hi Selena. How are you? Well the trick is to lose the sugar gradually. Dont given up on it at once. This way it will hit back hard. Try cutting down the intake from lets say 4slices of cake to 3 in a week. Then next week you can do two and so on. Also if you do a cheat day then run an extra mile to brun those extra calories. Obviously it will take time and determination but i know you can do it. Dont let this get out of your hand.
Yes, cakes are very tasty. Especially chocolate cakes, they are just mouth watering. I also love eating them. Still, we have to control ourselves. Sacrifice is needed to loose weight. After all, it's for our benefit only. Take care of yourself honey!
