Hey, how are you? I love cakes. I want to loose weight. It is so hard to loose it when you keep on having cakes. Is there a way to stop myself? I can stop anything but not control myself now? Help me.

That's so funny. Lol. On a serious note you know what is not fine for you. You must yourself be stern with yourself. Atleast where your health matters. Don't eat so much. May be once a week. Try controlling your sugar intake. It's quite harmful.

Hey. How are you? I can understand your concern. My sister has the same issue and she cant control herself. One thing she do is that she controls the portion size, in spite of having a full piece, she fulfils her craving by having only a slice. You should try it too. Excess of everything is bad. Keep struggling.

Hi there how are you? Whenever youre craving for some cakes try eating fruits. The only point is to kill the cravings. Try substituting them with something healthy. It will help. Youll get over your addiction. Best of luck.

Oh thats not fair. You want to lose weight but you still like cakes. Cakes contain too muvh sweet and it will increase your weight. You should take care of this. Don't eat cakes. Chocolate is also a good source of increasing weight. So, avoid it. I hope you will consider my post. All the best.
