Hey there. You need to have a good diet. Look for sugar-free varieties of foods such as ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressing, and these other foods with way more sugar than you realize. Also, avoid partially hydrogenated foods, and look for more than two grams of fiber per 100 calories in all grain products. Take care. Bless you.

Hey. How are you? Overweight is an issue which is faced by many women. Don't lose heart. Avoid oily food. Don't take caffeine. Replace it with green tea. Go for a walk day. Don't worry. Try to work out. Keep struggling. You will achieve your ideal body weight.

How's it going Jennifer? It's good that you are preparing before hand. If you really want to get pregnant soon. Start working hard. Exercise and look after the diet. Both will matter. Your over weighing will do you harm. I hope doctors declare you healthy to get started.

Hey. How are you? I understand your concern. It is not easy to lose 40lbs. It is also not impossible. You can do it through dedication. Go for non starchy vegetables. Avoid junk food. Add lemon and honey in water. Exercise a lot. I am sure these tips will help a lot.
