Hello friends, what's up? Well, being overweight can be very tiresome. Can anybody suggest me what shall I do to loose weight. I'm so disappointed guys. All my plans are failing! I want to be fit and smart. Take care all of you! Thanks in advance guys.

Well, how are you now? There are many things you can do. You can go for exercises in the morning. You can do yoga too. Swimming for at least half an hour will also help you. You can go for a low fat diet too. Have more proteins and fibres. Take care!

Hi my fellow. How are you? Why so stressed.Yes it is tiresome. You need to do something about it. Because it causes many problems in your life.You need to do some effort. Control your diet and along with this start jogging.

It's tiring I guess. Find some hardworking. Lol. Running will help you girl. Morning air is so fresh. Take use of it. You will feel all better whole day. You will be so different. Then do share your experience.

I just lost weight. I must say its not a piece of cake. You must be determined. Eat less sugary items or oily items. Have more vegetables and fruits. Workout almost an hour a day. Walk and jog regularly. Avoid eating junk items! All the best.

Hey. Do you like swimming? It is a great option if you plan on reducing your weight. If not swimming, you can start exercising. It will be beneficial too. One way or the another, you need to get serious. You need to start working on your body and you need to start right now. Staying healthy is essential.
