You should not loose hope. You will loose weight but keep trying! Have faith in yourself. Start swimming and jogging. These two help a lot. I also had a strict diet. All the best.

Hi Merry,how are you? Hope things are great at your end. Could you please tell how long has it been since you're trying? Plus, share what you are doing to lose weight. You don't immediately start to lose weight dear. It is a slow and long process,unless you are doing some crash diet. So be patient. Eat healthy. Take care.

Hi merry. The thing is patience. This is what you need more. Honestly you dont lose weight overnight. It takes months of effort. You gotta wait for it. Hope you lose all those extra kilos. Best of luck!

Hello Merry dear. how are you? Well try to workout daily. You should have a low carb diet. protein diets are very good. add boiled eggs and grilled chicken to your diet. You shall have less fat too. Drinks a lot of water. Take care of yourself honey.
