Hello dear. Every body has a different metabolic rate. Your might be slow. However there is no easy way of loosing. So quit the though that it can happen now. Follow a diet. Keep exercising.

Hello Merry dear. how are you? Take a glass of warm water. Put in one spoon of honey. Squeeze half lemon. Drink it daily. Eat an apple then. You do it for two weeks at least. Notice the difference. Best of luck. Take care.
