Diet only usually doesn't work... You need to do working out too. Try finding a balance between the too. Also maybe your diets aren't that efficient. You can always try something new... Hi dear, hope you are doing good. Losing weight has been the most difficult task from the beginning of mankind. What is your age?
Your lbs? Depending on body metabolism one needs to be on food. A gym would be fine for you i guess. If you do not want to work hard then go visit a dietician.
