Thanks gir the post. I'll share this with my sister in law. She is having serious weight issues. She is going to get married next year. But she is almost 25 kg over weight. Hoping she gets motivated by reading your post . She is exercising but it is not enough.

Hello, level. We are all fine. Thanks for asking this question. Well, weight gain and swimming have a very close relation. If you are overweight, you are not perfect for the swimming. It may cause problems for you during swimming. Hope it will be helpful for you. Take care.

Hi giys, how are you all? My instructor told me that swimming reduces a lot of weight. I started swimming last month and I used to walk half an hour actually jog! I have lost all of my extra weight. Now I have a perfect body. You guys should swim to. Its easy and enjoying!
