Hi. I hope you are enjoying your life. Wow, this is a great news. I am so happy for you. . It leads us towards many complications. To do diet is not to go on starving mode. Overweight can cause infertility and can increase the risk of heart attack. Keep sharing.Yes, you are right. It really helps in losing weight. Thanks for sharing your views.

Hey there. Hope you are doing well. Swimming is a good option also monitor your intake of juice, soda, sweetened coffee and tea, and alcoholic beverages. If you consume each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime. So have a good diet.. Take care. All the best.

Oh well youre right. It is strenuous and helps shed extra fat. But one needs to know how to swim too :p hope youre doing well. Thanks for the tips. Im glad you shared them. Happy that youve achieved yor desired shape.
