One of the inevitable things about pregnancy is that you will gain weight. Many women have the mentality that they are eating for two. While this is partially correct, however, it does not mean eating for two full-grown adults. The health of the baby and it’s weight at birth are directly related to how much weight you gain during pregnancy. Gaining too much or too little weight can lead to serious problems for you and your baby.
Yes, walking is very necessary. We shall keep on walking and walking. It's really very important to keep ourselves fit. We shall keep on doing work and don't oversleep. Yes, relaxation is important. Still, this does not means that we keep on relaxing. I hope this is clear to all of you.
Hi Sasha. This is a good advice. You must have helped many here. I wonder if weight control is even necessary. I hope it doesn't affect the health of the baby. Weight can be reduced later on too. What's with the hurry. Good luck to all mothers.
