Hey. How is your friend now? Many many congratulations to her. Weight gain after pregnancy is normal. She shouldn't take stress about it. It will complicate the things. Give it some time. Ask her to take rest. Adopt the habit of going for a walk. These small things will help her a lot.

Hi Selena hope youre well. Its normal to gain weight. She can lose it in some time tho. She has to be consistent. And she got to have patience. Losing weight is a long process. It doesn't happen overnight.

I hope that you are doing fine. . I appreciate that you are trying to help your friend. I love when people show good gestures. You seems to be a nice lady. Green tea is very helpful in weight loss. Tell her to start exercising. She will see quick results.. Take care and be happy. Good luck for your future.

Tell her don't stress out. It's normal. Take it one at a time. Paycattention to the baby now. Keep herself hydrated . After a couple of weeks she can start exercises. This will surely help. Also then look out for meal portions. Don't take huge meals. Small and frequent are more helpful.

Dear Weight gain in pregnancy is quite a normal.. She does not need to worry about her weight. She can reduce weight by post pregnancy exercise and warm green tea will help her a lot. Keep sharing post. Take care.
