Hy dear, how are you? I hope you are fine. I dnt think so that coffee helps in bodybuilding. Black coffe and green tea are used to shed the weight loss. And u should ask from your consultant. Do workout and take healthy diet too. Take care dear. Have a nice day.

Hello! How are you doing? I hope this finds you in good health. Yes, I've heard about it. I read it somewhere that coffee is good. It helps to increase the stamina. I think coffee reduced stored fats in body. Although I am not really sure if it really does or in what quantity. Consult some trainer and he'll guide you better. Good luck. Take care
