Hey. How are you? I would advice you to go towards nature. Never skip your breakfast. You should take flax seeds early morning. Take whole wheat tortilla. Chew one piece of tortilla 30 times as it will reduce appetite. Add fresh salads in your diet with one tsp of olive oil. Follow these tips.

Good to see you here . Eat maximum green vegetables. . For proper work out, You need to walk and exercise on a daily basis. Believe me, it's the best thing and you will reduce your weight .I am sure it will help. Good luck to you.
