An easy diet cannot bring about a change. However i will still give a few tips. Try to eat meat and fish. Avoid oily foods. French fries are your enemy. Consume green vegetables. Take warm liquids. Green tea is amazing. Remember no sugar. A little bit of sugar can destroy everything.

Also there should always be a bowl of salad with you that you must complete. You must eat fruits and include fresh fruit juices in your diet. Good luck.
