Hi. Well for starters there's no easy diet. You gotta work hard for it. Losing weight isnt an easy task. Why dont you try reducing your food portions. That will help. Try to be honest and consistent. Best of luck!

Hi Hishys. I hope you are well. Well, try to eat healthy. Fruits are the best option. Stay away from junk and fast food. Moreover, honey and lemon in warm water works like magic. Drink it as the first thing in the morning. I hope it will help. Good luck.

You must diet then! Dont give up! Avoid junk and sugar. Walk daily. Go for swimming. Keep yourself busy. You will loose weight fastly.

Hello, how are you honey? There are so many things you can do. No need to get too much worried. I think you're a little bit stressed. Do a little bit exercises, yoga, swimming or jogging. Have a perfect diet plan. So, hope this is helpful. Take care!

Hey Hishys. I am fine.You need to control your diet. And also need to workout. Both these things together will do something. Diet could be salads. And proteins. Along with exercise.
