Hey there. How are you? I am so sorry for what you are going through. You should not lose hope. Avoid junk food. Take water with lemon added in it. Go for non starchy vegetables. Avoid sugary food. Follow these simple tips and I am sure you will reduce your weight.

You already are aware of your problem. Go for the solution. Start trying to focus on your meal intake. Visit a nutrionist . They will help you plan out a diet chart. Also take gluten free diet. If you are really trying to get pregnant. Do yoga. This will help you in losing weight. Don't give up even if you get tired.

Hope you are well. Don;t stress much. Hopefully you will find a way too. Reducing weight may not be that tough. If you are severely overweight, consult a doctor. That should help. Good luck to you.
