Hello ladies, Hope you are all doing well. This post is wonderful. And it is not for only kids. I've seen so many people elders. Who are not used to have breakfast. This is very bad. It spoil us inner body.

Hi Hope youre well. Yes youre right. One should never skip breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. It keeps one active and fresh. Without having it one feels lethargic. Thanks for sharing.

We should never let our kids leave the house without breakfast. Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. Hope people understand this. Stay blessed.

Hey there. How are you? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Im glad you shared this. So nice of you. We should have at least one boiled egg daily for breakfast. Or anything per our liking. Going to work/school on empty stomach is harmful.

Hi lovely mother. I am fine and hope that you are also fine. Well, a good question indeed. You should include fruits and healthy diet. Don't add spicy food into your kid's diet. Make macronies, nuggets, noodles etc. Best wishes.

Hello dear. Breakfast is the most important meal. If we want to stay healthy, we should eat a good breakfast. It keeps one attentive all day. Children should know its importance. Eat healthy. Also include exercise in your lifestyle.

Breakfast is very important. It's the first meal of the day. Our whole day depends on breakfast . If we will eat good we can work better. Same goes for children. If they have eaten properly they can work better and get good results. So make sure that children don't skip breakfast.
