Hi selena. Hope shes well. Did she manage to go past 2 pounds? I hope she did. Well it takes time. So often we get impatient and lose our focus. And thats where we fail to succeed. We gotta be consistent. Every plan helps. It just takes time!

Hi. Well for starters there's no easy diet. You gotta work hard for it. Losing weight isnt an easy task. Why dont you try reducing your food portions. That will help. Try to be honest and consistent. Best of luck!

Hi selena how are you? Why dont you try swift walking. Like leisure walking. Also take lots of fluids. Cut down your food portions. Reduce them to half. This way you wont have exercise a lot. Good luck!

Hi Selena. How are you? Well the trick is to lose the sugar gradually. Dont given up on it at once. This way it will hit back hard. Try cutting down the intake from lets say 4slices of cake to 3 in a week. Then next week you can do two and so on. Also if you do a cheat day then run an extra mile to ...
