One week is nothing. You have to wait for a couple of months to see a change. 6 months minimum to see major change. Also maybe your husband wants you to lose weight so he's just tricking you. And he doesnt really want to get married for the second time. Trying to look at it differently. Keep trying ...

Hi merry. Thats a great effort. Youre doing an amazing deed. Here's my input for this list: cholesterol levels rise. Risk of a heart attack. Chances of Diabetes mellitus increase. Increased blood pressure and joint pain. That's all i can think of.

Hey Selena how's life? Dont stress dear. It would only do more harm. And your husband shouldn't leave you. Weight is not a thing to leave your spouse over. That would be so petty. Just try to relax!

Hi rosalie. Hows life? Addiction of any kind is dangerous. I pity the people who struggle with addictions. Its like an endless loop. Often people stop being sober because they can't deal with the withdrawal symptoms. It's sad to see them in pain. May God be with them.
