Hello Lillica, this is a really good eye opener for all of us. Pregnant ladies usually crave for sweets and they just end up satisfying their cravings. I think we should set a limit instead. It can cause problem for us as well as the baby. Take care.

You are right salena. Stress can make us gain more weight. It triggers our hormones and we start feeling more hungry while depressed. Instead of doing that we should help ourselves. It would be the best change in ourselves. Have faith and stay motivated. Take care.
