Oh lady, I know it must be very hurting. Don't do too much work out. What you can do is change your diet. You can have more proteins and less fat. Also that, you should drink green tea. I'm sure this will help you out. There are many flavours of green ea available too.

Oh, this is very sad dear. I feel sorry for you. Legs pain is unbearable. As you mentioned you are an overweight and can't walk or workout then you need to follow a diet plan. Consult a nutritionist she will suggest you a good diet plan and with that, you began to lose weight. My suggestion is for you to be brave and try to do exercise and some yoga its really good and important for losing weight. Drink green tea as well it reduces the weight. Good luck.

Hello, yoga is the best thing for you. Look for easy yoga for you pets and do it at home. Otherwise join some yoga classes. This is really bad. Leg pain can make to go on bed forever. Please take this matter very seriously. Also get your blood sugar level checked. Start dieting or portion control. Have a great day. Bye.

How are you? I hope you are better. Please loose weight! You need to do it now otherwise it will get late. Work harder and avoid any sort of junk. Donot have oily stuff or any extra food. All the best.
