Hey Dear, how are you? hope you are good in health. If you are planning for baby then obviously you have to avoid drinking and smoking but taking good diet is also very essential part. Eat healthy and do lots of exercise to balance it out. Also do not put on extra weight because this may cause problem. You ovulation tracking period also helps you to tp conceive. Husband should take healthy diet as well and stay away from smoking. take Care.

These are very helpful in the development of the embryo. She should not take coffee. It will increase her weight. I hope you know better than me. I wish your sister best of luck.
