Hello there Helen.Hope you are well .Yes, IVF is one of the best options .Make sure take a good diet and adopt healthy lifestyle. Before going for IVF I have heard that avocados helps a lot. They are all high in antioxidants which help in IVF procedure. Also eating dates helps too.Take care.
